WE UNDERSTAND REGULAR, TIMELY AND CONCISE REPORTING IS A KEY MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENT

Reporting

As a standard, Aktrion report on all activities on a daily and weekly basis and, if required, can provide reports on an hourly basis. This ensures the clients are always fully aware of activities, results and progress. We also provide summary reports on a longer term basis if required (e.g. monthly, quarterly, annually). These reports include the following details:

  • Inspection/Rework results summary
  • Productivity and efficiency
  • Defect description
  • Cost status
  • Order depletion
  • KPI status.

We provide feedback on our performance by use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) agreed with the client. However, as a standard, we monitor the following KPIs:

  • Customer concerns
  • Response time
  • Percent fulfilment of required resources
  • Health & safety
  • Inspection fundamentals
  • Containment security
  • Reporting (i.e. correct and on time)
  • Cost and productivity.
