Job Summary

Role: Site Administrator – Coleshill

Salary: £9-£10 per hour

Working Hours: 40 hours per week on rotational shift patterns

We are currently recruiting the role of Site Administrator to join our existing team on one of our client sites. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company who pride themselves on being established automotive specialists in both rapid response reactive concern management and proactive people and process business development solutions.

Role Overview

– Liaise effectively with internal customers, external supliers and head office
– SAP Administration
– Stock management and movement
– Close Daily Liaison with the Site Manager
– Promote and Develop Aktrion Service Offering
– Demonstrate independent thinking and decision making skills
– Use of Excel/Word/PowerPoint
– Shift work and flexibility
– Provide effective administration support to client

Skills / Experience / Qualifications

– Educated to minimum NVQ Level 2 in an Administration discipline
– Good IT Skills / Microsoft Skills
– Full Clean Driving Licence

– Daily Client Management

– WES development, change control and concurrence
– Working knowledge of Internal product and process audits to ISO / TS 16949
– Internal quality performance monitoring and reporting
– Ability to produce 8D reports
– Using 5S / Lean Manufacturing tools and guiding the team on working to these methods

Skills / Experience / Qualifications

– Educated to minimum NVQ Level 3 in an Engineering / Quality Discipline
– Minimum 2 years automotive industry experience
– Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
– Working knowledge of Internal product and process audits to ISO / TS 16949
– Good IT Skills / Microsoft Skills
– Full Clean Driving Licence
– Flexibility to work on other sites in the local area if required

Auto Mechanic

Job Summary

Aktrion Technical Services are looking for enthusiastic Auto Mechanics who are self-motivated and can work efficiently under pressure to join our rapidly expanding team.

Job overview:
Daily duties will include:

• Undertake full service of vehicles, as well as repairing and preparation of internal fleet vehicles.
• Undertake fault finding / diagnostics.
• Maintain vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
• Verify vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
• Comply with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
• Maintain vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
• Keep equipment operational by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Keep supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications..
• Must have focus on first time fix completing all repairs to a high standard.

This is a contract position and rate of pay is £14–£16 per hour on a self-employed basis, however we can employ the successful candidates PAYE but the rate will differ to take Tax and NI contributions into account.
